1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please note the following:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be your order confirmation email or order number.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Instructions: Our customer support will review your request and will send to you the return address and a free return shipping label.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping and accept returns for both defective and non-defective products
- Defective Products: This refers to items that have a flaw, fault, or malfunction due to the manufacturer or Buydoe’s side. The product is not working as it should, or it’s damaged upon arrival due to issues under the Buydoe’s control.
Non-Defective Products: This refers to items that are perfectly fine in terms of functionality and quality. There’s nothing wrong with the product itself. The reason for return is based on the customer’s change of mind, preference, or situation, not a fault with the product.
No Restocking Fee
We charge no restocking fee.
2. Refunds
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Cancel (if applicable)
After making a purchase, customers have 24 hour to request cancellation. After that date, the order will be processed and we can’t support any further.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for items of the same value if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged / Defective Item / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or defective item or wrong item, please contact us immediately within 30 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with photos of the damaged or defective product or wrong product and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may involve a replacement or a full refund.
Lost in Transit
If your item is lost in transit and does not reach you, we understand the frustration this can cause. Please reach out to us to initiate a refund.
